Mancinis – your manager profile
The Mancinis give your career a direction: ten profiles with real bonuses and drawbacks that directly affect training, finances or match day. Book one in the manager office for 50,000 from the slush fund; without a booking you play as the neutral All-Rounder. You can switch once per half-season.
The ten profiles
| Profile | Strengths | Weaknesses |
|---|---|---|
| The All-Rounder | Neutral – no bonuses | No drawbacks (default) |
| The Fixer | Can take over indebted clubs directly; 4 instead of 2 players on the transfer list at once; Fans forgive debt (no mood penalty) | Club switching lock 50 instead of 14 days; Team match strength −3% |
| The Qälix | Stamina training +15%; Freshness loss −10%, freshness recovery +5% | All training −10%; Players walk out of contract talks earlier |
| The Patron | Player and sponsor talks: two more safe rounds; Stadium grounds income +5% | All training −10%; Team match strength −3% |
| The Training Champion | All training (except stamina) +10%; Training gains from match minutes +10% | Freshness loss +10%, freshness recovery −5%; Team match strength −3% |
| The Tactics Fox | Team match strength +5%; Only half the penalty for playing out of position (goalkeeper excluded) | Bigger motivation loss after defeats; All training −10% |
| The Caretaker | Renovation costs −15%; Stadium expansion costs −10% (on top of sponsor discounts, even beyond their cap) | All training −10%; Team match strength −3% |
| The Scout | Much higher chance of star talents from the youth scout; Promoting youth players almost free (token first contract) | Bigger motivation loss after defeats; Team match strength −3% |
| The Youth Coach | Training for players up to 23 +20%; Young players (up to 23) lose less motivation | Training for players 28+ −20%; Team match strength −3% |
| The Veteran | Training for players 28+ +20%; Veterans (28+) lose less motivation | Training for players up to 23 −20%; Players walk out of contract talks earlier |
Good to know: players aged 24 to 27 train normally under the Youth Coach and the Veteran – the bonuses and drawbacks only apply to the respective age group. Freshness and motivation training are unaffected by any training bonus or penalty.
A Mancini isn't a freebie, it's a direction: the Training Champion wins strength in the long run but costs you on match day. Title contenders often do better with the Tactics Fox – rebuilders with the Youth Coach or Scout.
