Match report
Every competitive match gets its match report: the tile at the top with kits, score and scorers, below it four tabs – the ticker scene by scene, the events on a timeline, the line-up with ratings and the statistics. Completely reworked in 5.0.3.
Where to find it
- In the Hub via the match tile of the day, in the calendar and in every competition table (league, cup, international, national team) by tapping the result.
- Push notifications at full time open the report directly (see Notifications).
- Matches of other clubs can be opened too – with every detail except the tactical changes, which are shown for your own team only.
The tile at the top
Kits of both teams with crest and main sponsor (flags for international matches), competition, matchday and date, the score and the live box with scorers (assists in brackets, several goals by one player bundled) and sendings-off. The tile stays put while you scroll.
Your own match that you haven't watched yet shows "– : –" instead of the result. Only Watch match, Straight to the final score or switching to another tab reveals it. Neutral viewers see the result immediately.
Match tab: the ticker
- Match info: weather, referee, attendance and, for home games, your gate receipts.
- Watch match replays the game minute by minute. In the tile you pause with the round button, the pill below switches to 2× speed (the app remembers your choice), the green line shows the progress.
- Show all displays the whole report at once.
- Scenes: every chance, corner, free kick and penalty is a block with minute, type and club; player names carry the club colour. Goals appear as a green goal card with scorer, assist and new score.
- In between you find cards with reason, injuries with diagnosis, substitutions (who's off, who's on) and your own tactical changes; kick-off, half-time and final score separate the sections with the score at that point.
Events tab
The match flow bar puts goals (dots in club colour) and cards of both teams on the timeline – home team on top, visitors below. The chips filter by goals, cards or substitutions. The timeline below shows home on the left, visitors on the right, assists and score for goals, the player coming on and off for substitutions.
Line-up tab
- Player of the match: the best rating from both teams.
- The switch toggles between home and away team. On the pitch the starting XI stands by position with shirt number, captain's armband, rating and events (goals, cards, substitution minute); above it formation, average rating and captain.
- The Starting XI and Bench lists show position, strength and rating. Ratings from 8 are green, from 7 white, from 6 yellow, below that red. A tap opens the player profile.
Statistics tab
- Three rings for possession, chances and duel ratio.
- Match stats as duel bars: goals, xGoals, corners, free kicks, penalties, yellow and red cards – the better value is green.
- xGoals are the expected goals from all chances: shots count 0.4, midfield actions 0.11, defensive actions 0.01, penalties 0.35 – the same formula as the league's xG table.
- Attacking actions: how often attack, midfield and defence were involved in attacks.
